EDUCATION SYSTEM
A. Most faculties in the University follow semester system of education.
The faculties that follow semester system conduct exams at the end of
every semester and there are two semesters in every year. The
faculties that follow yearly exams conduct a mid-term examination in
the month of January and final examination at the end of academic
year.
B. Total credit hours for each course are 155.
C. Correspondence students are allowed to obtain training.
D. Out of the total strength of the students, only 10% are allocated for
the correspondence classes.
E. All students should pass each subject to acquire a promotion.
F. The status of the student (Correspondence or Regular) is mentioned in
the Certificates after graduation.
G. Each faculty submits the list of students who all are not allowed for the
examination.
H. If students are not attended in the exam they will identified as failed
students.
I. Absent students without out “leave letter” for a semester will be
expelled from the university.
J. Students will be awarded with graduation degree after finishing 4
years of study successfully.
TRAINING PERIOD
A. Each session of the university starts in September beginning and
adjourns by mid June.
B. Each semester consists of 16 academic weeks.
C. There are 10 days holiday between two semesters.
D. Every year, mid June till the end of August is the summer vacation. |
