The university runs numerous educational facilities in its main campus, these include:

1. Library: The University Library at the core position of the University, it serves the academic and information needs of all the faculties of the University and the students.
2. Computer Lab: The EAU is offering well equipped & modern computer labs for its students and staff members. The labs offer about 30 nodes.
3. Hostel & Cateen: East Africa University encourages and accommodates students and staff from BOSASO City as well as outside the city or region itself. The University provides a canteen on campus, which offers various meals and beverages. The prices are set according to the choice of meal & kept reasonable.
4. Teachers Quarters: As the University avail lecturers from different part of the world it is willing to prepare a proper accommodation facility for them.
5. Mosque: Mosque is the heart of the university facilities that is available to the staff and students throughout the time, because mosque is needed every moment of the Muslim life.
