EAU Recognition

Puntland State of Somalia recognizes EAU university degree. The recognition is issued on a presidential degree after considering the recommendation of the Ministry of Education.
The recommendations of the Ministry of Education of Puntland State of Somalia materialized after appointing committees to evaluate the curriculums of the existing faculties of Business Administration, Computer Science, and Shari'ah & Islamic Studies submitted by the university. The committee evaluation report was submitted to the Ministry of Education and was made the basis for the Ministry's approval.

However, that committee evaluation and subsequent recognition of Puntland government, laid the foundation for successful recognition of the Transitional Federal Government through its responsible minister of culture and higher education. This has facilitated for the university graduates to get opportunity of pursuing post graduate education in outside Somalia .
