One of the important objectives that the university came to realize is fulfilling the society needs in knowledge aspect. However, EAU has felt a great need from the society to have an academy which offers courses in the Islamic Shari'a and it's relevant arts, because the traditional way of learning Shari'a is disappearing gradually, therefore it become inevitable to locate alternative solution such this Shari'a academy.

Also the other reason we found this academy is that, the university is 5 kilometer outside the center of the city, people needed a learning center in the heart of the city, where they can reach easily.
